At €35 a night for one person, the price was acceptable, especially if you’d rather spend less on accommodation and put the money toward other things. The breakfast selection was weak, and cleanliness was acceptable but not excellent. The bathroom was very good, with hot water all the time, and the elevator worked. There are five floors plus one for the restaurant. This is a three-star hotel, so the service quality can’t be compared with a higher-category place. Still, my room, 505, was quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice Bosphorus view. The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with directions.

We spent a week here on vacation with our family, and for the price the hotel was very good. Breakfast came on time and had a variety of options. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, especially Dogukan & Mehmet. I’d definitely recommend it, particularly for families.

The rooms were old and in poor condition, the service was zero, and breakfast was the worst part. During my stay, I kept wondering how this could possibly be a 4-star hotel. At most, it should be two. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. A very bad experience.
