Grand Hisar Hotel

I spent just one awful night at Grand Hisar Hotel and wouldn't recommend it. I had originally booked a different hotel, but when I arrived with my confirmation, they said it was overcrowded and sent me to this nearby place. It felt like a bait and switch, and the treatment of a paying customer was disrespectful. The room and shower room were dirty, the furniture was old, and there was mold in the shower. It was completely unsanitary, as the photos show. There was no sound insulation from the street, and the noise from Istiklal Street made it impossible to sleep at night. I wouldn't spend my money on this accommodation or its poor treatment of guests.

I had this experience just last night, 2/6/2024. One of the worst experiences ever. The hotel manager and management are involved in what I see as a big scam. They only care about money. They are down the turkish people, nothing else. Thank you.

The staff were welcoming and very nice, and the service was excellent. My room was clean, and the hotel is well located near bus links to the airport. I'll definitely stay again.

Great value for the price, number one for price and quality. The location is perfect, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and freshly renovated with everything you need. It was a little noisy, but that's cool.
