How is this place still licensed as a hotel? It should have been closed by the health office long ago. The fridge didn't work at all. Sometimes a picture says more than a thousand words:

A reservation mistake turned into a horrible night. The receptionist couldn't speak properly, and then they suddenly came to our room, banged on the door, and threatened to throw us out. I'd never stay here again. Change your staff first!

The affordable prices were a big plus, and the staff were friendly. It's also very close to Marmara Sea, which was useful for me. The hotel was very clean, with spacious, beautiful rooms.

I was in Bakırköy for work and stayed at Güven Hotel. I was very happy with the cleanliness and the staff. You and your family can stay here with peace of mind.
