I stayed here on holiday 6 months ago, and wouldn't come back even if it were free. The TV didn't work, water leaked up from the floor, and the plumbing was awful. Everything felt damp, and moisture kept falling from the ceiling onto my head. The toilet leaked too, because there was a hole underneath. I couldn't sleep, and it was absolutely not worth the money. This was my first and last choice, and I wouldn't tell anyone to stay here. I'll attach all the photos, so look carefully before deciding.

The worst part is that, for the dates they told me the property was closed for renovations, the rooms still appeared for sale on Hotels.com. I have proof of that, as well as the messages and calls. Since I couldn't stay there, I had to pay 7,050 TL for another hotel. I booked through Hotels.com for November 5-8, and have the receipt. On October 29th, I called to ask whether there was an iron and hairdryer. They said the pipes had burst, the house was flooded, renovations were underway, and no one could stay there. They told me to cancel and said they'd refund me. I canceled based on that, but the refund never came. Since October 29th I've been kept waiting, and my calls went unanswered all day. After I posted a Google review, the owner called from his personal number and warned me to remove it so I wouldn't cause unnecessary trouble. Then he messaged me on WhatsApp saying, "You haven't deleted the review." I have proof of both. I consider this very serious: giving false information, disadvantaging consumers, and warning people to remove reviews. I paid for another hotel and plan to complain to my bank with evidence that I didn't receive the service, contact Hotels.com about misuse of the platform, and report it to the consumer arbitration board, Cimer, and social complaint pages. I don't recommend staying here if you don't want your plans put at risk. Even a single penny you take today is worth a breath of fresh air. We should never victimize other people for our own benefit.

We stayed here on someone's recommendation after the filming and were really delighted with it.

Beautiful views, a pleasant hotel, and a central location...
