Haznedar Luxury Residence Hotel

The view was the only good part. Everything else was awful, and for that much money it really wasn't worth it. The hygiene was terrible: crumbs covered the carpet, there was hair everywhere, the towels were filthy, and the greasy jacuzzi was dirty. There weren't any plates, forks, or even toilet paper. The curtains were black with cobwebs, the bed was broken, and the pillows were dirty. The reception felt like a brothel, and this didn't seem like a family place. I wouldn't book it even for an ordinary day. No one with any sense should try it.

We've kept staying there for days because it's cheap, but this was our last visit. An older man wearing a bandana is rude and intolerant toward all the customers. He's probably unemployed and, to us, good for nothing. The other guys can't make up for it either. If the price weren't so low, we wouldn't spend a minute there. Pay 200 more for another hotel and at least get some service. That man has made the place unbearable.

The reception staff are disrespectful, the rooms are in disrepair, and the beds have broken springs. There were no towels or hair dryer. I wouldn't stay here even for free, and definitely don't recommend it.

The service was awful. In the morning, someone forced our door and shouted to get in, though they eventually stopped. At reception, we were told a drunk customer had messed up the room. This is a terrible place.
