Hilton Mall of Istanbul

I left my laptop by accident at the café, but the team turned it in safely to lost and found. Ali Asim and Dilek deserve special thanks for their honesty and for making sure it got back to me. I really appreciated it. I'd recommend this hotel for its trustworthy staff and good service.

We felt so at home that we extended our visit by another week. The hotel has plenty of facilities, and we appreciated the range of activities and local suggestions. Our children and we as parents felt treated like family, and every request was taken care of. Ceylan was a big part of that. She cared for us as if the hotel were her own, with real warmth and attention. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Ceylan. We'll remember your kindness and hospitality, and can't wait to return. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Mall of Istanbul and would recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially families.

The good parts were the food, the hotel's location inside a mall in Istanbul, and the view from the outside balcony. The room itself was in awful shape, though, and this was a horrible stay for me. Room 2012, which reception first assigned when I arrived around 10 PM, had a key that didn't work. The bellboy contacted reception, and they moved me to 2011, but that room hadn't been cleaned properly. The carpet was dirty and there were no tissues. I was worn out from the journey and left it for the night. I reported the condition the next day, and reception said housekeeping would handle it. When we came back that evening, the carpet was still dirty and they'd only left some tissues. The bathroom smelled terrible and was a complete disaster. I contacted reception again, but there seemed to be no handover between shifts: the night staff didn't know about the earlier complaints. I had to ask how many times I was supposed to report the same problem. Housekeeping and reception need serious improvement.

Yoksel, who works in room service, was so helpful and nice. She brought water, coffee, shower caps, shaving kits, towels, laundry service, and all the room amenities. Really nice hotel with amazing service, highly recommend. Hilton of Istanbul deserves its five stars.
