The staff were professional, friendly, and committed to making my stay enjoyable. Several spoke English fluently, so communication was easy. I also appreciated the complimentary valet service, which made things feel more convenient and luxurious. Mrs. Abdullah hanoglu handled an issue I raised with professionalism and efficiency. She listened and responded quickly, and I’m grateful for the effort. My experience with general manager Secil was very different. When I asked to discuss the issue, she said she was busy. I saw her chatting casually with a friend in the lobby, and when I approached, she was rude and unprofessional. She asked me to wait until she finished, but never came back to address my concerns. Mrs. Abdullah hanoglu showed the kind of leadership I’d hope for, with her ability to listen and solve problems. I think her professionalism and dedication would make her a strong choice for a managerial role or higher. My dealings with Mrs. Abdulla left a lasting positive impression, while the other manager’s behavior was disappointing. Altunizide Holiday In Hotel has a lot of potential, and I’m confident it can thrive with leaders like Mrs. Abdulla. I hope to return and have an even better experience.

The room was spacious, though very basic, with few amenities. The safe is kept next to reception. Be aware that economy rooms without a view really have no view, their windows face a wall. The shower floor is as slippery as the walls, which is dangerous. I slipped while washing my feet. It’s a reasonable value for a short stay. The hotel is near the main street and Capitol shopping mall, though you do have to walk a bit to get there.

This Holiday Inn Express feels worn out and needs renovation and better facilities. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

The staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful, and the rooms are clean with decent quality. The standard room price is reasonable. The location is okay, with metro access about a 10 minute walk away. Getting to the city centre by metro means changing lines three times, though a taxi takes about 10 minutes.
