I felt welcome from start to finish, and the staff handled everything with kindness, attention, and professionalism. The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely arranged, and the location made it easy to explore the area. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d gladly return. Thanks for making my trip so special, I’d recommend this place to anyone after a relaxing, memorable break.

Breakfast was a great buffet, with lots of food and drink choices. The hotel is also well placed for seeing the old area sites, and the tram stops aren’t too far away. We spent ten nights at the home quality hotel, and every staff member was helpful from our arrival right through to departure. The place was clean and quiet too. If you’re considering this area, I’d have no hesitation about staying here. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful visit.

The rooftop was the best part of our stay, with an open view of the sea, Blue Mosque, and Istanbul, and access at any time. The staff were also wonderful, always kind and ready to help. But the rooms were a letdown: poor-quality furniture, a very bad smell in our bathroom, and lots of mosquitoes made things uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst I’ve had. The choices were limited, it looked unappealing, and it seemed as though leftovers from the day before were being served. I didn’t feel it was safe to eat, so after trying it once we stopped going. Arriving by car or bus can be awkward, though Sultanahmet and Aya Sophia are easy to reach once you’re there. The facilities, cleanliness, and food quality really need serious improvement.

The mattress was comfortable, and we slept peacefully in a quiet, pleasant place just a step from the historical center. Parking was available as promised. What really stood out at first was how friendly the staff were, they answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was disappointing, though: bland food in a room that felt like a basement, instead of on the lovely terrace with its great view. We didn’t go back for the next two mornings.
