Hotel Bossuite Business

I had booked this hotel before for friends and family, and they all loved it and asked me to pass on their thanks. On my own stay of several days, I found everything warm, cozy, comfortable, and safe. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and breakfast was delicious with a homemade feel that warmed me up each morning. Big thanks to the whole team, you guys are amazing!

The window wouldn't close properly, and the room was cramped, poorly equipped, and not cleaned well. There was no wardrobe, the towels were stained, and basic items were missing. Service was very weak. We'd chosen the hotel from its Booking photos, expecting a clean, modern place suited to business, but the stay was the opposite. At check-in we were asked for extra fees without a clear or reasonable explanation, which felt misleading and frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, or professionalism.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, apparently from the air conditioning, and the sheets were dirty. There was a smoky feeling throughout the room, which made it unpleasant to stay in. During my four nights, nobody provided room service or changed the towels, so I used the same ones the whole time. Breakfast was the same disappointing plate each morning, one egg and a little cheese. Staff didn't speak English, making it hard to communicate. At checkout the receptionist stayed on his phone, didn't look at me, and only waved for me to leave the key card. I won't return.

We were woken each morning by traffic because our room faced the main road and the windows wouldn't shut properly. It could take 10-20 minutes to close one, and even then it didn't seal. Service was nearly absent: on a day we forgot to ask for “Make Up My Room,” they only replaced the towels and cleaned nothing else. One friend's belongings disappeared from the room safe, which had been left unlocked. At check-in, they charged us an extra 20 EUR, saying we'd booked a “small room.” We were three married couples expecting double beds, but were told that room had separate beds and would need an upgrade. The final amount also differed from Booking, and the whole thing felt dishonest and unprofessional. The photos had made the hotel look modern and good for business travelers, but the actual place was nothing like its Booking description. Parking was said to be very close, but the suggested İspark was about a 10-minute walk away. The room was shockingly cramped, barely enough for two, with no wardrobe or decent place for luggage or clothes. It didn't feel like a business, suite, or comfortable room, and the hotel felt closer to one-star quality than a proper three-star. It was also badly kept: towels had big black stains, the fixed shower was poorly designed and seemed unmaintained, there was no soap or cotton pads, the slippers were flimsy, and the room hadn't been properly cleaned. This was one of our worst hotel stays and a waste of money. I strongly advise against it.
