Ibis Styles Istanbul Kurtkoy

I stayed at Ibis Kurtköy for the first time because I needed somewhere near Sabiha Gökçen Airport before an early flight the next day. It was a comfortable, easy short stay. The room was clean and well organized, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The stop right outside made transport simple: I took the bus and Marmaray to Kadıköy on arrival. They also arranged a taxi for me, and I reached the airport in just 10 minutes. Housekeeping were kind and attentive too. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The breakfast buffet had a decent selection and everything I tried was delicious. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, and the lobby felt pretty and cozy. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I was worried about bed bugs because they're a big problem in many Istanbul hotels, but this place was spotless. There are two restaurants nearby, a 24/7 pizzeria and a kabab shop beside the entrance that serves food until 1 a.m. I chose to stay here during a long layover at Sabiha Airport after reading the reviews, and I can confidently say it's better than many nearby 5-star hotels. I'd recommend it and would visit again.

The room card stopped working a couple of times, so I had to get it replaced. Breakfast was below average. Aside from that, this is a brand new hotel with spacious, modern rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Reception were consistently kind and helpful. The location is very good, near Sabiha's Airport and the metro station.

We arrived exhausted late at night, and Batuhan kindly helped us with our request for a late checkout. The staff really care and made us feel welcome and appreciated, which stood out most. I chose the hotel for its distinctive design among the airport hotels, but the service blew me away. The room was great, with a very comfortable bed, thoughtful layout, convenient furniture, and a nice TV. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there was a light-up mirror too. The gym was nice, though it could use disinfectant for after use. There's also a coffee shop right behind the hotel in case you sleep through breakfast like we did. I absolutely loved this place, recommend staying here, and will look for other ibis styles on future trips.
