Karadeni̇z Otel

The location is very good, and the cleanliness is average. It's basically a place to stay. I spent a month and a half a year here on and off for five years, so sentimentality is why I'm giving it five stars. The staff and owner are friendly and sincere.

They canceled my reservation, saying I had bedbugs. Rıdvan, who made the reservation that morning, apparently didn't know about it. Maybe they sold the room to someone else for more money. If their explanation is untrue, their apology would be even worse than their mistake, and either way, you shouldn't stay at a hotel like this. SHAME ON YOU!!!

This is a mid-range hotel beside Cevizli Marmaray Station. My two-day stay came with one bottle of water and complimentary tea bags in the room. There was a double bed the first day, then a single one the next. They didn't switch on the central heating, so you have to use the very noisy air conditioning. The staff are modest.

Meeting Mr. Süleyman first means you're in good hands. He's warm and friendly, and I think his patience comes from the heart, not just the job. Thank you.
