The reception staff were extremely polite, and breakfast was the same each day but adequate. The price was reasonable for a spot right in the heart of Taksim Square, with services and transportation close by. We booked an economy room, though, and the bed was only 80 cm wide. The bathroom was tiny too, so I wouldn’t suggest that room for a large person.

I came from the UK to tour Turkey and really loved Istanbul. The hotel made things easy and comfortable for me. The room was nice, breakfast was delicious, and everything was close by once you stepped outside. Taksim Square was nearby, food places were within a 5-minute walk, and the metro was close too. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This family-run hotel is well managed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room facilities are a bit old, but everything worked well and there was plenty of hot water. Having a lift was a big bonus. The Mediterranean breakfast was fresh and nice. Thanks to Alef for being so helpful.

The location was good, central, and close to everything. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I rented a one-bedroom place and it wasn’t too bad, but it was so loud that I couldn’t sleep, and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

I’d started worrying about my booking after reading the reviews and looking at some photos, but I got a warm welcome at reception when I arrived. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was fine. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with the chef keeping an eye out and refilling tables quickly. Traveling alone as a young woman, I felt comfortable and well looked after. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality!
