The electricity had exposed wires, which felt very dangerous, and there wasn’t even a phone in the room to call reception. My room was filthy, with hair everywhere and unclean blankets. The bathroom was broken, and nobody cleaned the room during my five-day stay. Staff were rude and raised their voices instead of helping. The mirror wasn’t secured properly, fell by itself, and broke because of poor maintenance. Even though it wasn’t my fault, they tried to make me pay for it. I’m going to report the hotel to Booking and the authorities. Dirty, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. Avoid it.

We didn’t get the room we booked, and the first night they put us in one that stank of fresh paint. They said they’d move us the next day, but never did. After that, they just ignored us. The bed, pillows, and blankets were all dirty. No towels, soap, toothbrushes, or anything else you’d expect as a basic amenity. Calling this a hotel is a joke. By far the worst place I’ve stayed. One star is too generous, this place should be shut down.

Don’t book here. We reserved through expedia after the reviews looked good enough, but when we arrived, they told us every room was sold out and the confirmation didn’t work. They sent us to an “alternative” hotel 12 minutes away. The room there was filthy and had no space at all. It felt inhumane. No apology, nothing. This doesn’t seem like a legitimate hotel, it feels like a scam. They won’t refund your money or even try to help. I’ve filed a complaint with the ministry of culture and tourism to investigate, because no family should have to go through what we did.

We’d paid for a non-refundable room, but after our flight was delayed, the hotel gave it to someone else. When we got there, reception wouldn’t let us wait while we tried to sort things out, and we couldn’t speak with a manager. The receptionist rudely told us to leave. The staff were extremely impolite and unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to treat guests this way after they’ve paid. A very disappointing experience, I’d avoid this hotel.
