My three nights at Lavandula Hotel were a nightmare because of the awful service and shocking lack of cleanliness. The first room was appalling: the walls were falling apart, dust, hair and garbage were scattered across the floor, and the mirror was cracked. Cigarette smoke was deeply embedded in the mattress and pillows, making it impossible to sleep. At 11:30 PM I went to reception to ask for another room. The receptionist stayed on a phone call the whole time, barely listening and never hanging up. I finally got a different room the next day. It was marginally cleaner, but sleeping was still difficult because the only blanket was a giant towel. Then the jacket worth hundreds of euros that I'd left in the first room mysteriously disappeared. I'm sure the "new owner" is quite happy. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place entirely.

The staff were nice, but the room was extremely cramped and too small to feel comfortable for more than a short stay. It also cost far too much for the quality. The place didn't seem well maintained or worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was tiny and nothing like the one shown online, which felt totally deceptive. The air conditioner was broken, and they refused to fix it. Front desk service was extremely poor, with a terrible attitude. They said they'd move us the next day, but didn't; at night their excuse was that every room was full. The whole experience was awful, and having a hotel like this in Turkey damages the country's image.

The rooms were clean and warm, and the staff were kind and helpful. Hatice from the restaurant was especially friendly, kind and helpful. I'm thankful and really appreciate it.

Breakfast was rich and delicious, and Mrs.Hatice cooks it herself. Lavandula Hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. It's within walking distance of Kanyon Mall Levent. I recommend it.
