The view and the sense of safety are both 9/10. The residence is nice and usually clean, but maintenance takes too long. One elevator has been very slow and its doors still don't close properly, even after two months. The security staff aren't friendly, and their arguing and lack of smiles make you feel like you need protection from them. The gym is seldom maintained or cleaned.

Getting around from here is easy, and the location is accessible. Two sides of the building have a sea view. Apartment prices are more affordable than at other compounds, and the site's service is good and clean.

There’s a supermarket right below the building, and the train and mall are close by. The minibus stops right at the building too. It's a good, safe compound with friendly neighbours from different nationalities. The views from the building are nice, though some areas could use better soundproofing.
