We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Hakan, who gave us great food recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was great, within walking distance of the mosques and other tourist attractions. There are also great bars and restaurants close by. An amazing hotel for a stay in Istanbul.

We really enjoyed our six days at Louis Rooms, including the suggestions from the reception team. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, and I’d trust their recommendations for exploring Istanbul. Their tips could help us avoid getting scammed in the city. If I come back to Istanbul, I’d definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within a 15-minute walk, and the location also made it easy to explore other parts of Istanbul. The private shuttle was reasonably priced for what it offered. The service was attentive, and the recommendations were great. Thanks for everything, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff and housekeeping were wonderful. A big thank-you to the lovely young woman at reception who patiently explained how to get to the airport. I liked the sea-view room, though the roofs outside weren't very attractive, and street noise bothered me a bit. There was also an unpleasant basement-like smell throughout the building. The room didn't have a kettle, but one was brought up as soon as I asked.

They even surprised me with a lovely birthday cake, which was a really thoughtful touch. I felt welcome and well looked after throughout my stay at Louis Rooms Hotel, and the service was excellent. It made the visit feel special, and I’d be happy to stay again.
