Marble Hotel

We couldn’t sleep for two days. They offered us four rooms, all empty, and every one smelled of toilets and urine. They knew about the smell, but wouldn’t clean the rooms and only sprayed deodorant. The manager was rude, and we were left alone at night with no help, so we found another hotel at our own expense. They wouldn’t refund us and blamed others for their mistakes. If you have kids, definitely don’t book a room here.

The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with it. The staff were so helpful, especially Tugce and Salih, who welcomed me and were always ready to assist with a smile.

The whole hotel had a foul smell, and the elevators were old, slow, and disgusting. This felt like false advertising. I suspect many of the high ratings came from the owners or their relatives. I’d recommend keeping at least 1 km away from this hotel.

The staff were great, but the rooms are cramped and the hotel felt below average. The strangest part was the bathroom doors. They leave a gap and don’t close properly, which seems like a very odd design choice.
