The hotel's in a great spot, with bars, coffee places, restaurants, and malls nearby. It's nice and clean, the room was serviced every day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In general, it was OK. We stayed in January and the room was really cold. The air conditioning didn't heat it properly, so I asked for a small electric heater and blankets. I got a blanket, but reception told me they couldn't provide a heater and that I'd have to go buy one at a nearby shop myself. It cost 1000tl. Once I had the heater, things were fine, but I was a bit disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. The reception team were especially welcoming and helpful. It's a lovely place with great staff, and I'd recommend it to others.

The room was beautiful and very clean, and breakfast was amazing. The people working here were so caring and welcoming, and the service was the best I've had in Istanbul. You can find anything you need just a minute away, the location is that good. My favourite hotel in Istanbul! Yasmin Hammoud

The Turkish massage was amazing, and I’m already looking forward to coming back 🙏 We stayed in February and had such a good time. The staff were lovely, and everything was close by.

I won’t be going back. The receptionist was especially unprofessional: I was ready to pay, but taking my time because I was paying in dollars and he wanted to give me the change in lira. We went back and forth a little, then he acted like a child and complained that I’d taken too long and that five dollars was nothing. He wouldn’t even let me see the room at first. A horrible hotel.
