Marlon Hotel

This was my second stay, on a business trip at the end of November, and everything was great from arrival to departure. The manager was very kind and helped me find a pharmacy open on Sunday when I had trouble with my feet. He even offered to find me a hospital. When I left, he hugged me like a brother. It's a family hotel, and they make you feel part of the family. The location near Taksim is perfect for shopping, with lots of restaurants around. I highly recommend it and am already planning to come back with my family in February 2026.

The location is ideal, close to everything and connected to nearly everywhere by metro, buses, private minibuses, and taxis. The street felt very safe and was calm for a central tourist area, away from bars and clubs. There's no food service, but the area has plenty of places for breakfast or dinner, from Turkish spots to international brands. Our room was spacious and clean. They changed the towels daily, provided free slippers, and changed the bed every other day. Water, tea, and coffee were available free all day. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us warmly. When it rained, they made sure we had enough umbrellas. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 10 friends, and the hotel owner made us feel at home and shared travel tips. The staff were just as helpful, and the room service, location, and service were amazing. We even came back to visit, and they still offered us a place to lounge. Such an amazing experience. If you're wondering whether to stay here, I'd say yes.

Parvin, the hotel manager, personally greets guests, shakes hands, and offers advice if they need it. The little touches stood out too: unlimited bottled water, umbrellas offered when it rains, and even a free toothbrush when I forgot mine. The Marlon Hotel is immaculate, right in the heart of Taksim Square, and the staff genuinely want you to enjoy both your stay and your time in Istanbul. They couldn't do enough for us. I'd return without hesitation.
