The car had been with the hotel since we arrived. I handed the key to reception, and the valet said he'd handle the parking. The hotel should cover the repair. I went to the police, where nobody spoke English, and the manager falsely said I'd parked the car there myself. The hotel's surveillance cameras would show that staff parked it, but you wouldn't provide the footage. That's why it's your responsibility!

The valets took my car key and returned the car damaged. It was hit while in the hotel's care. I went to the police, but the hotel refused to take responsibility and said their cameras weren't working. This is the most disastrous hotel.

Our two-week stay was very enjoyable and peaceful, and we'd definitely stay there again. The staff were amazing, and the reasonably priced room came with a very good breakfast buffet and plenty of choices. The hotel is in a central location, though the touristy Blue Mosque area is about a 30-minute taxi ride away. Our double room was spacious, with a very clean, modern bathroom.

I couldn't have found a better place to stay in Istanbul. Everyone I met at the hotel was very helpful and supportive, especially Ahmet. He made me feel at ease, looked after me, and kept me well informed throughout the week I stayed there. He always had a smile and was more than willing to help, going above and beyond.

The rooms themselves weren’t bad, but smoke was everywhere and the smell was strong. Breakfast was very limited, so it wasn’t worth getting up early for. At night, they kept switching off the AC and saying there were electrical problems, even though everything else worked, including the reception AC. They told us to open the windows. It felt like they were doing this deliberately to save money. Azad was unbelievably rude and unhelpful, with a disgusting attitude. I’m never staying here again. Don’t be fooled by the low price.
