We were told at check-in that the room would be cleaned daily, but that never happened during our stay. Getting fresh towels took several calls, and they arrived late. The sheets and towels had stains, the floor was dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom and dust all over the furniture. It looked like the room hadn’t been properly serviced in months. When we raised it with the front desk, they seemed indifferent, gave a half-hearted apology, and offered no fix. The whole thing felt like a scam. I regret staying here. The poor cleaning and broken promises made it a nightmare, and one star feels generous. If you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, don’t book this hotel.

We booked eight nights after a friend recommended the place, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The rooms lacked even basic things like a mirror, the towels were worn out, and maintenance overall was poor. We asked for our money back on the first day so we could move elsewhere, and they refused. They also said they’d switch one of our rooms, but that didn’t happen. Service was unreliable and unhelpful throughout. One of the worst hotel stays we’ve had, and not worth the price. We wouldn’t recommend it.

The street where the hotel sits felt dark and frightening at night, even though the location itself is good. We chose the place on a friend’s recommendation, but it was a waste of money and the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The air conditioning didn’t work for two winter days despite my asking several times for a repair. When it was finally fixed, I’d already caught a terrible cold from the chilly room.
