Mercure Istanbul Bakirkoy Hotel

I stayed 17 nights and didn’t have any problems. The employees were all nice and polite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. I’ve seen reviews mentioning shampoo or body wash running out, but if you tell the staff, they replace it. Simple as that. Thanks to everyone at the hotel, especially miss mecbure hanim.

Our child spent a month here for an Erasmus internship and was very happy with the experience. The hotel is especially good for families, with clean, roomy, comfortable rooms and a varied, tasty breakfast. It’s right in the city center, and the team provides friendly, professional, high-quality service. A special thank you to Mr. Samet at reception for his attention, professionalism, care, and warm smile. He made the stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel.

I only got to stay one night, and I wish it had been longer. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and excellent. The hotel is also well located, just a five-minute walk from the Marmaray train, making it easy to get around the city. Ezgi was fantastic at reception during check-in and much friendlier than the night staff, who seemed a little grumpy, though I can understand that on a night shift. She even offered me a cigarette! I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.
