We had a really good stay here while recovering from surgery. The buffet was great, and the hotel felt clean and welcoming. Whenever we needed anything in the room, reception sorted it out straight away. Anil was especially kind and helpful, and lovely to chat with. We’d happily stay again.

Anur and Batuhan made a real difference to our trip. They helped us through check-in so it felt easy and welcoming, and whenever I needed assistance, one of them was there with a smile. The hotel amenities were good too, and I had a fantastic stay.

The hotel’s location near the hospital was really convenient. When we needed a larger room to make things easier around my surgery, they changed it for us without hesitation. Tarik and Baris at reception answered our questions and were very helpful, while Sude Acikli in the restaurant was friendly and looked after my mom and me whenever we needed something. The staff were accommodating throughout, and I had a great experience.

It’s a useful place for a business trip, though it isn’t in a touristy area. Thanks to the restaurant team and to Nurettin Özben from technical services for quickly and efficiently fixing my safe box and aircon control.
