The place was generally clean and fine, but a few problems left a bad impression. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. Our king-size mattress also sagged much more on one side, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping because the signal was so weak. Everything else was okay.

The manager kept making promises that never came through. The room had a nice design and the toilet was nice, and it was a cool, quiet place. But my stay turned horrible when there was no hot water in the toilet. The air conditioner blew dusty hot air, and the heater blower didn’t work.

We came as a large family group and stayed four nights. The rooms were very clean and in perfect condition. Staff, including the receptionists, were extremely kind and helpful at both check-in and checkout. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, and the employees were great. Everyone on staff was super friendly and the hospitality was amazing. I’d stay here again.
