Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus

The rooftop bar was a highlight, especially the warm, attentive service from Mustafa. He was kind, friendly, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I highly recommend it.

The hotel arranged an airport transfer that was convenient and reasonably priced. Our room was also ready before the official check-in time, which we appreciated after traveling. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the location was excellent. We were really satisfied and would recommend the hotel. We’d happily come back 😊

Mr.Hassan şahin was wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast view was amazing, and we enjoyed not having to go elsewhere for breakfast. It’s right in front of the tram. The hot dishes weren’t very interesting to me, though, so I skipped them each day. We stayed for eight days. The location was great, and the rooms were clean at first, but the cleaning slipped during the last three days. The floors weren’t vacuumed properly, and they kept leaving the bin bag on the counter, so we had to clean up after them. I don’t think this is very kid-friendly: a room for two adults and one child is really small, and the restaurant gets very loud at night.

Nihal, one of the cleaners, made our stay much better. She was considerate and always made sure our room was tidy and clean. The hotel was classy, and the view was mesmerizing. One of the best places we’ve stayed!
