I booked an apartment with a washing machine, but there wasn’t one. The rooms were tiny, the entrance barely wide enough to squeeze through, and the online pictures made the place look fancy and spacious. I stayed a week and it was a nightmare. A woman who worked there tried to charge us extra, saying we hadn’t paid for the rooms. The hotel was always empty, and she said only her friends and family stayed there. The whole thing seemed like a scam group, including the fake five-star reviews. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay away.

The lobby is tiny and not well kept, and the elevator is small too. The room was much more cramped than the photos suggested. I booked one with a washing machine, but using it still cost extra. I know of a family who checked out on the very day they arrived, and I haven’t heard of a single guest who was happy with the place. There isn’t even a star rating in the booking app, which feels concerning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re uncomfortable with tight rooms and bathrooms.

The pictures make the place look better than it is. Our room was cramped, the bathroom smelled bad, and the lobby and elevator were tiny. The bedroom didn’t even have the TV shown in the photos. The hotel management accused me of damaging the room, but I didn’t spill anything on the beds or take their towels. Why would I want their dirty, terrible-smelling towels? The claims about urine stains were made up. This feels like a scam. Worst hotel in the world!!!!

The staff were so sweet and helpful. Whatever I asked for, they found a way to sort it out. We stayed for about 10 days, and it was really handy having the metro, exchange office, market, and cafes close by. The room felt like a proper apartment, with what we needed for a comfortable stay. I really recommend it and would stay here again for sure.
