Moon Blue Suites

The only snag was the Wi-Fi being a little slow. Otherwise everything was nice: the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very cheap and close to everything. I'd rate it 8/10.

Only 100 m from Taksim Square, right in central Istanbul. The rooms were clean, and the staff polite.

The representatives provided the worst service.

The location works well, with transport close by, and there’s an elevator. That’s about all I can praise. Room 303 was gloomy and dirty, the bathroom door was broken, and the laminate floor had burn marks. We were promised a room change the following day, but it never happened. They said nothing was available, even with guests checking in and out. Since we only had three nights there, we just put up with it. I don’t believe the claims that the rooms are great, unless other guests were given something different. We also couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Guests and staff were loud at night, and on September 26, 2023, the receptionist and his friends spent the night drinking, walking around the floors, and talking loudly. When we left at 7am, they were still up and clearly not sober. I’d suggest paying a little more for somewhere comfortable.
