With dirty beds and a bathroom, plus renovation work going on all day for two days, this was a bad stay. The staff seemed very unprofessional, and I wouldn't let family members stay here. I also can't say I'm confident the employees get proper background checks. In short, the management was terrible.

Breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety, and the rooms felt comfortable and spacious. My street-facing room had some noise, though it wasn't too bothersome. The bathroom layout could use a little improvement, maybe an 8/10, while the lift, stairs, interior and overall design were a 10/10 for me. The modern look leaves a great impression, and I'd recommend the hotel.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and being able to get straight into the hotel parking was really convenient. The breakfast was pretty good, and there's a big shopping mall close by. I did notice some spots where the aging hotel could use minor restoration, though that didn't bother me. Overall, it's an okay place to stay.

They even upgraded my room for free. The location was exceptional, and the staff were just as good. They took in a flower order I'd arranged to pick up later and communicated with me really well, despite my very limited Turkish.

I really enjoyed the location, breakfast, gym and pool access, and attentive staff. The only issue was room 4007, which stayed fairly warm and didn't seem to cool down much with the A/C.
