Neta Residence

I stayed three weeks and am almost sure this was the best hotel deal I’ve ever had. The location is so central, with all public transport options just a 2-3 minute walk away for getting anywhere in Istanbul. Cleaning was at a 5start hotel level, and the staff were amazing, helpful, and clear in their communication. I can’t think of a better hotel experience.

The Neta hotel was very, very clean and fully equipped. The location is a goldmine for families and couples: drivers and taxi drivers all told me it was the best area, with supermarkets right below, pharmacies, dentist offices, a mall next door, and Şişli metro just a three-minute walk away. It can take you to all the tourist sights. I especially love the staff, particularly Mr. Adem. During the protest, roads were closed in front of the hotel and all over Istanbul. Mr. Adam carried all 11 of our luggages and walked us to meet our driver, who was hard to find. He showed us the way and carried everything, which made things so much easier for us, especially with a baby.

It’s a good option for a small family because the room is more spacious than in other Istanbul hotels and apartments. The customer service only covers basic things, while other hotels offer more help and assistance. The staff are friendly, but the cleaning is basic too. Since the apartment was new, that wasn’t an issue for us.

The area felt safe, though everything closes early, and the coffee shop there was amazing. They cleaned every day. Customer service was good, but the staff could be friendlier and smile more. The apartment itself was new and cozy, with everything you need, and safe and comfortable for a baby.
