We found the room spacious and clean, with good amenities and services. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get to everything Pendik has to offer.

I had to move through three rooms in two days. The first smelled very unpleasant. In the second, the TV and AC didn’t work, and the bed was broken. The third room was fine. There’s no working elevator from the ground floor, and the one on the second floor also fails most of the time, so I had to carry my luggage between floors at check-in and check-out. The showers weren’t working either. There was no prayer mat, and they didn’t provide one even after I asked.

There were plenty of shops and food nearby, and the train station was close. The location was good, the rooms were big, and the hotel was cozy with very friendly staff. Cleanliness was the drawback: the room felt unclean, with hair in the towels and on the floor, soap in the shower, a dirty sink, and chewed bubble gum stuck to the bed. The WiFi didn’t work well either. Still, it was a 4/5 experience.

The flat was great for my wife and me, and the internet was fast. It’s also very close to Marmaray and the fast train station, making it easy to get into central Istanbul. Mr. Kaan and Cemil were handsome, capable hosts, and the 16-room place was nicely organized. We’ll definitely come back.
