Peak Star Hotel

The location was good, and the housekeeper was very good. My room was tiny, though, and several things didn’t work. The minibar was replaced after it failed, the heater wasn’t working so they sent me a blanket, and they changed the safe’s battery. The Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach my room, so I bought a SIM card for internet.

We had to cancel our three-day stay a few days before the trip because someone in our party was hospitalized. I offered to send the hospital records, and even asked whether they could charge us for just one day as compensation. They still wanted the full three-night amount. I believe they rented our room to someone else and collected twice, too. This was an awful level of customer service, and I wish I’d booked HOTEL LAMARTINE ISTANBUL instead, which has a better refund policy. Visitors from America should avoid PEAK STAR HOTEL. It doesn’t meet American standards. Shame on the management and staff.

The room looked amazing after its renovation, and the location is very good. The staff were the best part, friendly and professional. I’d happily come back and bring family or friends. Thanks for a great experience and keep up the great work! 👍👏

The breakfast hygiene was terrible. Tables were dirty, plates had stains and residue, and even our coffee cup had lipstick marks. There were very few choices, too. We also had problems with the rooms. The suite we booked was shockingly dirty, dusty, and smelled strongly of must, especially inside the closets. We moved the next day, but the “renovated” room wasn’t clean either. Housekeeping kept missing the floors and bathrooms, even after we asked more than once. I wouldn’t stay here again.
