Ilhan had left us breads, simits, and other baked goods when we arrived, which we especially enjoyed. Such lovely people. The host was extremely nice, and the place was well equipped, so we were comfortable. My parents loved it, and we enjoyed Istanbul. It’s hard to find a better spot this close to Taksim, kabatas esklesi, and istiklal street.

The rooms are small, but have everything you need for a few days in İstanbul. Service was very good, quick, and focused on keeping the customer happy. Resul was really, really nice to us 👍🏼.

The staff are nice and friendly, but the bakery downstairs runs through the night and into the early morning. Staying here means giving up a good night's sleep, along with the bakery heat.

We’d booked two months ahead, then two weeks before the trip Booking emailed to say our card was invalid. We checked and it was fine, and tried calling and messaging the hotel but got no response. Our reservation was cancelled within 24 hours, despite all the plans we’d made. This was irresponsible and unfair, and made it seem like the manager didn’t care about guests. I can’t recommend this hotel.

A perfect place to stay in Istanbul. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and spoke English really well. Thank you!
