The apartment was perfect, and Arief at reception was so kind. 👏🏻👏🏻

There was no service at all, and the room was awful. It was tiny, with mold in the bathroom and a window right next to a wall. No blankets, poor communication, no directions from the host, and no reception.

I booked this hotel because of the terrace photos, but later found out there’s only one terrace, on the top floor. My room was extremely small, and the other floors have a bedroom and living room but no balcony, terrace, or anything like that. It was a really bad experience. The place was very dirty, with no daily cleaning. The elevator didn’t always work, so we had to use the stairs, which were dangerous for children. The air conditioner was unreliable, and some floors didn’t work at all.

Elham was a very kind person and did her best to help. She was the only good thing about this hotel. Water leaked from the sink and under the shower, and the place was extremely noisy. We could hear everything, including water flushing and doors opening and closing. The hotel isn’t soundproof, and the room wasn’t cleaned every day. I’d give hygiene one star. It’s very close to a police station, so sometimes we heard yelling.
