PL Managed By Dedeman

The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The location worked perfectly for me, close to the Metro and plenty of restaurants and other services. My only concern was the motorcycle noise at night.

Ali and the hotel team made our stay, especially when we needed help with taxis. On our first day, a technical problem meant the airport ride payment failed, and the driver became anxious and aggressive. He spoke no English, so we couldn’t communicate. Ali, the manager, was waiting at the entrance and stepped in to translate and handle things. He stayed polite, calm, and professional even as the situation got more complicated. We accidentally paid twice, but he followed up and arranged a cash refund for the duplicate payment by the next day. That kind of support while travelling meant a lot. The following day, Ali helped order a taxi to a local tourist spot he’d recommended, spoke to the driver for us, and made sure the payment went through before we left. Apart from that excellent service, the rooms were perfectly clean, the gym was great, and breakfast was varied and beautifully served. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again if I’m in Istanbul.

Hilal, Ali, and Emre were very cooperative whenever we had questions or needed something. Emre also translated for me with the taxi driver, which made the ride smooth. Our personal driver Çağatay was friendly and professional, and gave us guidance when we needed it. The rooms, facilities, and service were all really nice. Thanks, we’ll visit again soon!

We felt very comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. The hotel was easy to reach, with a wonderful location, and everything was clean. Most of all, every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Thanks for everything. We’d choose it again and recommend it with confidence. ❤️
