The room was comfortable, and the hotel felt clean and modern. The receptionist, a young lady with hazel eyes, was especially polite and helpful. I had a great stay at Plus Park Hotel Istanbul, and I'd recommend it for a work trip or a holiday.
I wouldn't recommend staying here. The owner and staff had a horrible attitude, and the owner or person handling the WhatsApp line harassed and berated me over the phone.
Lily and Mr. Donny at reception deserve a special mention. The staff were excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, and absolutely wonderful.
Staying here was a real pleasure. The team was kind, caring, and ready to help.
The staff weren't to blame, but this was one of the worst places I've stayed. I had to request a room change, and the second room was barely better. My room smelled of cigarettes and had no heating or air conditioning. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was filthy and mouldy, and a toilet leak left the bathroom floor wet. The bedding was dirty, covered in hair, and had cigarette burns. If you're on a budget, I'd spend 10-20 more and stay somewhere else. Friendly advice: don't stay here.
