The bar didn’t have hot chocolate when I first asked. A few days later, I mentioned it to Kordelen, the Sales Executive, when she asked how my stay was going. She immediately offered me one on the house and arranged to have it sent to my room at a time that suited me. I appreciated how thoughtfully she handled it and how much she cares about hotel guests. Her professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction left a strong impression. I wish her continued success in her career.

The pastries, mezze, bread, and hot food are all so tasty, and breakfast is flavourful and really nutritious. Chef Irem is amazing and always serves us with a lovely smile. All the staff are wonderful. Thanks to the breakfast team!

The rooms were thoughtfully designed, spotless, and had all the details needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. With elegant surroundings, attentive staff, and excellent comfort, the service felt truly five-star. From the dining to the atmosphere, everything went beyond what I expected. It was an exceptional stay from beginning to end, and it felt luxurious, exclusive, and memorable.

The food was the weak point for me. Several times, the lentil soup was too diluted and didn’t seem up to standard. The staff fixed it promptly when I mentioned it, but it should really be served properly in the first place. The pizza also fell short in both quality and preparation. I’ve worked in the culinary field, and I think the kitchen has plenty of room to improve consistency and standards. The location is very convenient, with a metro station a short walk away and Burger King right next door, which is handy after a long day sightseeing. As a first-time visitor, getting around was easy. Chat GPT and Google helped me find places and plan routes, so exploring the city felt smooth and enjoyable. Edis at the front desk was incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional, and made my stay much more comfortable. The service, especially at reception, and the easy access around the city made the trip memorable. Despite my disappointment with the food, I had a wonderful experience and would still recommend the hotel for its location and service. With better food quality, it could offer an even better stay.
