I don’t often leave reviews, but Raffles Istanbul stood out even among the many luxury hotels I’ve stayed at around the world. The property is beautiful, but it was the people who made us feel at home. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, with service that felt personal and heartfelt. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable visit. This will be my go-to hotel in Istanbul, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

Mohamed, our butler, made a huge difference to our stay. He went above and beyond, and is one of the best hotel professionals I’ve met. I’d also like to thank Halit, Oguz, Bekir, Bora, Melisa, and Merve. They were all so kind and friendly, and their warmth and attentiveness made the visit special. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had lovely amenities. We slept very comfortably, enjoyed the incredible view over Istanbul, and found the food excellent throughout. Everything felt thoughtful and well maintained, and the team’s hospitality lived up to Raffles’ reputation. My mom and I both look forward to coming back.

Raffles Hotel earns its five stars. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff were friendly from check-in onward. Our room was spacious even with three of us and an extra bed, and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. The in-room food was delicious, and having the hotel connected to the mall was convenient. We left some belongings behind, but when we contacted the hotel later, they responded quickly and were very helpful.
