Roomers Nisantasi

The location is great, and the shower was spacious with hot water. But the room was freezing when I arrived because the window had been left open and there was no heating. It took a long time to warm up. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, the blanket was smaller than the bed, and the pillow covers didn’t match. I asked for another blanket, but they couldn’t arrange one. For this price, there are much better options in Nisantasi if a warm room and comfortable bed matter to you.

Brother Emir made my stay memorable with his warm, professional, attentive hospitality. He really added a personal touch that made the hotel stand out. Roomers Nişantaşı Hotel was excellent too. My room was spotless, stylish, and comfortable, and the location puts you right in the heart of Nişantaşı, among boutique shops, cafés, and local charm. I’d highly recommend it if you want a welcoming, high-quality stay in Istanbul.

I’ve been here on both of my Istanbul trips, and it’s such a cool place. You can walk everywhere from this perfect location, and the staff are brilliant, always going out of their way to help. Neziha is the most efficient room cleaner I’ve ever come across in all my travels. She really goes above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. Highly recommend.

The location is the only good thing. The room was poor, and so was the service. The mattress was like sleeping on a piece of wood, and the bathroom smelled bad. Room service, “Naziheh”, threw our things around. She played with our makeup and damaged the makeup bags. When we raised it, nobody cared; they said she thought the items were garbage. We told them every day that we didn’t want the room cleaned, but no one responded to the request. There isn’t even a “do not disturb” sign to put out. When I asked reception, where “Fatih” was working, to speak to the manager, he told us the manager wasn’t there, even though I saw him inside the room. They were very rude, especially “Fatih”. Not recommended at all.
