Our reservation was cancelled just minutes before we landed in Istanbul. Customer service was very poor, and the replacement options they offered didn't exist. This happened minutes before our flight to Turkey was due to take off. Avoid them like the plague.

There's a metro station underneath, and the location is handy, with restaurants and everything nearby and Jawaher Mall close by. Getting in and into the rooms is done with a secret number. The building has no reception, though, which feels a bit scary at night. There's also a cemetery across the street.

No reception here, and the apartment needs repairs, especially in the bathroom.

There's no room service, and the furniture needs some maintenance.
