The balcony views are stunning, and having a gym and pool in the residence made staying here a great experience. It’s also in a handy spot, with the metro about a 7-minute walk away and malls and similar places nearby. My one issue was that most of the rooms are small.
The place was really clean, and they even arranged a midweek cleaning. The owner was easy to communicate with, and it was handy to have a washing machine. I’d have liked a lighter duvet and a couple of extra pillows for warmer nights, but otherwise it was amazing.
I spent over two months at Sebas Suites and would happily return. My apartment felt almost new, everything worked well, and the building had great amenities. There’s a shopping mall about a 5-minute walk away, and the ground floor has a barber, supermarket, pharmacy, and dentist.
I really enjoy living here. There are grocery stores, shopping malls, and places to eat all around. Getting around is easy too: Metro M-11 from IST Airport is 200 feet away, the IST IEET Bus Stop is 150 feet away, and Metro M-7 is 500 feet away.
Open the windows and all you hear is car noise. The building quality and materials seem like Grade A, maybe C.
