Seven Suite Taksim

I slept well during my 15 days in Istanbul and had time to see all the sights. The hotel owner speaks English very well, which made communication easy. My room was comfortable, with good air conditioning, and I had my own key, so I felt secure. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had both hot and cold water. The location is handy for the metro, Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and the bridge. There are also plenty of tasty restaurants nearby at fair prices. I’d recommend it to tourists visiting Istanbul.

There used to be an Indonesian restaurant right next door. The hotel itself is in the heart of [Taksim Square], with shops, restaurants, and major sights all within easy walking distance. It was a great base for exploring.

There are lots of restaurants and markets around, so it’s easy to find a meal or pick up food. The hotel is close to the Taksim Airport Bus Station and near just about everything. The room was just right for the price, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I’d try to book here again if a room is available. Blessings from Romania. I was there from 28 July till 05 August 2023.

The only thing that bothered me at night was a noise from the heater or something, I couldn’t tell what it was. Otherwise, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with cleaning every three days. Wi-Fi and mobile reception were both great, and the property felt safe with a password-secured entrance. I stayed for 9 days and found the price excellent for this part of Taksim. Leyla and Emit were warm, friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. It’s an easy 3-minute walk to Taksim and Istiklal Street, and 5 minutes to the bus and metro. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, and the walk is flat. Some people may have trouble finding the property, but I know the area and had no issue. I was surprised by how good it was, since affordable places near Taksim often get poor reviews. I’ll stay at Seven Suite Taksim again on my next Istanbul trip.
