They went above and beyond to help guests feel comfortable and happy. I truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful hotel and would happily return.

I expected much more from a Marriott brand. When my backpack got stuck sideways in the entrance X-ray at Sheraton Levent during my 20-22 November stay, my work laptop was badly damaged, with a shattered screen and bent body. Two staff members saw it happen, but nobody accepted responsibility or made a proper effort to help. I reported it immediately, yet the hotel refused accountability. The only “solution” they offered was access to a public computer downstairs, which is unacceptable when you’re traveling for work. I felt ignored, dismissed, and undervalued. Because of this, I moved to the Hyatt for the remaining four nights, where the service, professionalism, and guest care were significantly better in every way. This was one of the worst check-in experiences I’ve had at a Marriott property. The negligence and lack of support are disappointing, and I’m requesting compensation for the damage. I don’t recommend this hotel to future guests. Be extremely careful if you use the X-ray machine.
