The staff’s attention made our trip special, and the value for money was excellent. We stayed at Shishly Palace from September 14 to 20, 2025, and the location made exploring easy, just a short walk from Osmanbey and Şişli. Our room was modern, spotless, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and good-quality toiletries. Daily housekeeping kept it pristine. The breakfast buffet was basic, with a narrow range of choices. Check-in was seamless, and everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Mr Mostafa at the front desk went out of his way to answer our questions about local attractions. There was a minor downside with the view, but it didn’t take away from the stay. I’d highly recommend Shishly Palace to families or anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay in Istanbul. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent eight nights here as a family. The location in osmanbey is really good, and I’d recommend this clean, quiet, budget-friendly hotel. Our room was pretty and clean, with a nice view. The bathroom had everything we needed, including fresh towels and slippers, and there wasn’t much noise. The receptionist and other employees were nice, respectful, and welcoming, and the wifi worked really well. My only complaint is breakfast. We understand it’s a Turkish breakfast, but we hoped for more fruit, drinks, and food choices in general. Otherwise, no complaints, everything was great.

A family-run Hotel „with Heart“ on a quiet street in Shishly. The area felt very safe and has great shopping and dining nearby. Metro 2 and lots of bus lines are only five minutes away. The rooms, service, staff, and breakfast are all highly recommendable. A professional coffee machine would be a nice upgrade. Excellent value for the price, and I’d book again.

Our first time in Turkey and Istanbul, and the hotel owners were really nice and helped us out. The owner’s wife was very hospitable too. We’re vegetarians, and she did her best to cater to us. Shishly palace was a very good experience for us overall.

A nice, clean hotel that’s well looked after, with friendly staff. Breakfast was good and went beyond the basics. It’s in a quiet part of Osmanbey/Nisantasi, but still within walking distance of City's and Osmanbey Metro. Great place for families.
