The property was nice, in a good location, and communication was good. I booked a unit for five days, but the AC didn’t work on the first day. They fixed it the next day, though I still had to spend one hot night unable to sleep.

Zainap at front reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was on TikTok all day and wouldn’t open the door when asked. Someone needs to fire her.

The lift setup was unbelievably bad. There are eight lifts, but none are just waiting and ready to take you. At the lobby you first select your floor on a touchscreen, then it assigns a lift. You wait, then wait some more, sometimes another five minutes, and when the lift finally arrives there are no buttons inside because you already chose your floor. By then a crowd has built up in the lobby, so the lift stops at three or four other floors for people to get off. It can take 5-7 minutes just to reach your flat from the ground. I’ve been to dozens of countries and hundreds of buildings and never seen a system this stupid. Splitting the lifts between the ground, top, and middle floors would make sense, as it does in normal buildings. But apparently that’s not for Sinpaş Queen. What an innovation.

I rented an apartment here for a long stay and enjoyed it. There’s a well-equipped gym, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, steam room, garden, tennis courts, beauty salon, and restaurant.
