Şişli Family Time Suites

I really wanted to stay here, but they planned to move me to a basement room without asking me first. I’m very disappointed with the counter staff and the way they handle customers. It felt completely unprofessional, and I won’t come back.

I’m in Istanbul for 45 days, and this is where I’ll be staying the whole time. The hotel is very clean and worth every penny, with shops just a two-minute walk away. Management, the reception team, Mr Zafaar, and the janitors have all been extremely helpful, kind, and polite. They’re available 24/7 and respond to requests right away with a smile. They can arrange transport anywhere you need, including airport pickup and drop-off. I couldn’t have chosen better. It’s a great place for solo travelers or families, and I’d recommend it for any kind of Istanbul visit, short or long. Thank you, Family Time Suite Management.

I booked late because the other hotels were already full. I’d seen negative reviews, but after staying here I realized they were from before the renovation. The location is excellent, less than a three-minute walk from Sisli metro station, where the metro line changes. The staff do their best to make guests comfortable and satisfied. Thank you to Shirin, Bahram and Turgan.

I had a lovely experience here. The clean rooms and friendly hotel staff made it feel warm and welcoming. Bahram and Shyrin were especially nice.
