Stil Suit

The showers leaked so badly that the bathroom turned into a swamp. We asked for extra towels and were told they’d be brought, but they never arrived. Customer service was poor: they said they’d reserved a room for us for two extra nights, but they hadn’t. There was no apology or help finding somewhere else to stay.

We booked six nights but decided to leave after three, and they refused to refund us. The location is poor, and a car can’t reach the hotel. Breakfast is barely breakfast by name, and it takes them an hour to prepare. Service and reception are far below standard, and the staff don’t speak English, so communication is very difficult. I would never recommend this “suits hotel.”

In my opinion, this was the worst hotel you could get for quite a lot of money. We had to change rooms twice, once because the shower was leaking. They later gave that same room to another guest. We contacted the staff several times, but the service still didn’t meet our needs. A very bad experience.

The rooms weren’t clean, and we could hear people in the other rooms, which made it hard to sleep. There’s no hotel reception, and a car can’t reach the place. I booked a week but left after two nights, and of course I didn’t get any money back. Don’t even consider this “hotel.”
