I spent seven days here and had a very good experience. The area felt lively and practical for tourists or business travelers, and the apartment had what I needed for a comfortable short stay. It was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. The location was especially convenient for getting around, finding restaurants and shops, and seeing the main attractions around Taksim and Istanbul. Hamid was polite, responsive, and helpful throughout. Check-in and communication went smoothly, and he answered questions quickly. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would consider coming back.

Muhammed was a great host. The clean apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Taksim Square bus, with public transport and attractions nearby.

The manager’s kindness and professionalism really made the stay memorable. He handled requests warmly and shared useful tips on seeing the city and finding good shopping deals. The hotel also offers great value, with a peaceful location just steps from lively Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. My room was spotless and spacious, with everything needed to be comfortable. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed on my travels. Affordable, central, and welcoming, I’d highly recommend it. I’ll choose it again next time I’m in town :)

There were bed bugs and cockroaches, and I got badly bitten. The owner wouldn’t refund me and said it would be fine to sleep in the bed again after treating it for a few hours. I strongly doubt that. Be careful.

This place isn’t the newest or most modern, and the neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but it was clean and I never felt in danger, even walking back late at night. The host was responsive and always fixed problems. For the price, it’s the best value in the area by far. If you want a newer place in a better neighborhood, you’ll have to spend a lot more.
