Taksim Palace Hotel Apart

The place is tidy and very clean, and the staff are patient and polite.

It was an economical hotel where everything was acceptable, and the location was good.

This was my experience: I wouldn't recommend these rooms to anyone. They're very bad. The shower was broken, and everything seemed to move around little by little. They wouldn't provide the air conditioning control because she didn't think it was necessary. Every time we complained, they said the hotel wasn't five-star. In my view, even one star is too much.

The location near Taksim square was convenient, and for the price I really can't complain much. The room was okay, with a comfy, clean bed, air conditioning, and a TV that made resting more enjoyable. There was an exit door to a fire stairs landing, about the closest thing to a balcony if you want to look at the neighborhood. The shower needs work because it didn't drain properly and sprayed unevenly. I had a pleasant stay, though at first I was turned away because of a booking misunderstanding. That was my fault, but I didn't think turning a customer away was the right response at the time. It got sorted after the manager arrived. I'd use the hotel again if I needed to, for its price and convenient location.
