The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good, and the staff were very friendly. I parked on the street in front of the hotel without any trouble, and a few people even helped guide me into the spot. It's on a narrow, hilly road close to the main shopping area. A few nearby streets are quite poor, though nothing especially out of the ordinary. All in all, a good place to stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The hotel is very clean, with a modern design and a great location near Taksim Square. I had a wonderful stay in every way and highly recommend it.

Taxim Story Residence is comfortable, with very good service and an excellent location, about a seven-minute walk from Taksim Square. Mohamed made everything easy and was always helpful. Khadija also deserves thanks for the great service and excellent daily cleaning. I had a wonderful stay and truly recommend this place.

The hilliness around the hotel may not suit everyone, but it didn't take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the city center and felt very safe, even when we came back late at night. The facilities were outstanding, and the staff were exceptional. Special thanks to manager Cekdar for his dedication and care, and to the morning shift woman for her excellent service and constant smile. Our stay was excellent in every way, and we'd recommend it to anyone comfortable with the hilly area.

The first night, arriving around 2 a.m., the area didn’t feel as safe as we’d expected. After a couple of days we got used to it, though, and it stopped feeling scary. People were kind and peaceful; they just tend to be out at night. The hotel itself was nice, the room was clean and a little smaller than we thought, but fair for the price. The receptionists were really helpful and kind. I’d recommend it if you’re comfortable seeing Istanbul’s streets as they are.
