Shops, restaurants, and transport were all close by, and the hotel sits right in the middle of the neighborhood. The place was very clean, too. The staff were attentive and lovely throughout, always friendly and ready to help. Saïd gave me a particularly warm welcome. I had a great stay and would happily return or recommend it.

Mr. Baver was wonderful, and so was the rest of the staff. Such a nice hotel. See you again!

The receptionist found us a parking space under the hotel after we couldn't find one in Şişli, and also went out of their way to help us recover a bag we'd lost at Emaar mall. We were there for a family vacation this year, and our stay was perfect. Everyone was kind and polite. I'd recommend this hotel.

Clean, safe, and well located. The staff were nice, too.

One staff member came out to check on me after a stranger wandered onto the terrace and started talking to me, which I really appreciated. Earlier, the person who checked me in let me have my room ahead of time, and that helped a lot. I can't remember their names, but the staff were friendly and cheerful. I'd stay here again.
